Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026. This policy explains how APEX12 collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information, including our obligations under Quebec Law 25.

1. Privacy Officer

APEX12 designates a privacy officer responsible for personal information protection. For access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion, or privacy questions, contact: dav.perraultl@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account: name, email, language, authentication identifier.
  • Program: goals, onboarding answers, progress, journal entries, weekly check-ins, preferences.
  • Payment: subscription status and Stripe identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical: IP address, device, browser, cookies, security and usage logs.

3. Purposes for collection and use

  • Create and secure your account.
  • Provide the APEX12 program, track progress, and personalize the experience.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, receipts, and member access.
  • Send program, account, and support communications.
  • Improve the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Consent and withdrawal

We collect only the information needed for the stated purposes. Where required, we request clear, free, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal or contractual obligations; this may limit access to some features.

5. Service providers and transfers outside Quebec

We may use providers such as Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, Neon, Resend, Cloudflare, and analytics tools. Some providers may process or host data outside Quebec or Canada. Before disclosing personal information outside Quebec, we consider risks, contractual measures, and reasonable safeguards.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies required for site operation, authentication, security, payments, and experience improvement. You can manage some cookies through your browser, but essential cookies may be required to use the platform.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and secure providers. No system is 100% guaranteed.

8. Your rights

  • Access your personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Withdraw consent where permitted.
  • Request deletion or de-indexing where the law allows.
  • Request portability of computerized information where this obligation applies.
  • File a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

9. Privacy incidents

If a privacy incident creates a risk of serious injury, we will take reasonable steps to reduce risk, notify affected individuals and the Commission d’accès à l’information where required, and maintain an incident register.

10. Minors

APEX12 is not intended for children under 14 without appropriate parental consent.
