APEX12 is an optimization, education, and habit-development program. It does not replace medical, dental, psychological, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting an exercise, nutrition, or major habit-change program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, take medication, or are pregnant.

You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may not share your account, bypass access controls, or misuse the platform.

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated in writing, digital access begins immediately after purchase and digital content sales may be final. Refund requests will be reviewed case by case.

• Do not copy, resell, publish, or distribute APEX12 content without permission.
• Do not upload illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not disrupt platform security or operation.

The content, protocols, text, visuals, marks, interfaces, and platform elements belong to APEX12 or its providers. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the program under these terms.

Results vary based on the individual, execution, health, sleep, nutrition, environment, and other factors. APEX12 does not guarantee specific results. You assume the risks related to your exercise, nutrition, and habit choices.

To the extent permitted by law, APEX12 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or program.

We may update these terms. The version posted on the website is the applicable version.
